When you submit the "Get a Free Offer" form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and location (city and state)
- Details about your cards: how many you have, what types they are and your asking price
- Any photos of your cards you choose to upload
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
How we use your information
- To review your cards and respond with an offer
- To contact you about your submission by email, phone or text
- To complete a purchase, including arranging payment and shipping
- To prevent spam, fraud and the purchase of stolen or counterfeit cards

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the site, such as Netlify, which hosts the website and processes form submissions and photo uploads
- With shipping or payment providers when needed to complete a purchase you agree to

How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and complete any purchase, and longer only where required for tax, legal or fraud-prevention reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and submissions are stored with our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us as described below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not change how the site works in response to these signals.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
